Obsessed With Aroids is a small Melbourne-based passion project specialising in rare and collector Anthuriums, Alocasias & Philodendrons. Every plant available has been personally selected, grown, propagated or cared for within my own collection — with a strong focus on healthy, established plants and quality genetics.

Unlike large commercial nurseries, this collection is built from genuine passion for rare aroids and the joy of growing exceptional plants. Each plant is handled with care, carefully monitored and packed thoughtfully to ensure it arrives safely to fellow collectors across Australia.

Whether you’re an experienced collector or just beginning your aroid journey, my goal is to provide beautiful plants, honest listings and a personal touch behind every order.

Do you ship plants Australia wide?

Yes, we ship to most states within Australia. Please check your local state regulations and quarantine requirements before purchasing live plants.

Our customers located in quarantine-restricted states, a plant concierge or quarantine forwarding service may be required depending on your local regulations.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they understand and comply with their state’s current plant import requirements, laws and quarantine regulations prior to purchasing.

Obsessed With Aroids does not organise concierge or quarantine services on behalf of customers. Any required concierge, forwarding or quarantine arrangements must be independently organised by the purchaser.
When will I get my order?

Orders are generally shipped Mondays and Tuesdays to help minimise plants sitting in transit over weekends.
Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of live plants, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How are plants shipped?

Plants are carefully packaged and shipped in sphagnum moss without pots to help reduce shipping stress and minimise damage during transit. During colder months, thermal packaging may also be used to help preserve plant health and protect against low temperatures.
